If you wish, you can change your order within a maximum period of 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the receipt of your order.
ONLINE EXCHANGES IN SPAIN
You can make a change in size, model or color for each order placed completely free of charge. To do this, follow the instructions below:
- Send an email with your order number to hello@thecottonbrand.com with the subject "CHANGE OF GARMENT" indicating that you want to make a change in your order.
- You must send your order to the following address: c / Génova 3, Oficina 9, C.P. 28004, Madrid. To the attention of THE COTTON BRAND. We recommend you send the certified order, in order to track it.
- Once the order is received, we will send you a CODE for the value of the amount of your order, so that you can exchange it on our website for what you like best from our collection.
COSTS
The Cotton Brand is not responsible for the costs of the return (except if it is our error or in case of tare), but we will help to manage it at all times.
OBLIGATIONS OF THE CLIENT
The Client has the obligation to return the product in perfect condition, with the original and intact packaging and labeling, conveniently packaged in its original box and properly protected. The product to be returned must be in the same state in which it was received by the Customer.
